As convenient as it can be to do your holiday shopping at home on your computer, there’s something to be said for the festive feeling of strolling through a holiday market, a delicious cup of hot chocolate in hand.
We’re happy to report that Seattle has no shortage of Christmas markets and holiday craft fairs coming up over the next couple of months. We rounded up some of our favorites, but will be continuously adding more so be sure to take a page out of Santa’s book and check this list twice!

1. Trollstice Holiday Night Market
📅When: Saturday, December 21, 2024 from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m.
📍Where: Under the Fremont Bridge
💲Cost: Free!
It’s free to visit this holiday night market under the Fremont Bridge this Saturday. There will be a festive photo booth, DJs, patio heaters, and lots of vendors for your last-minute Christmas gift needs. If you spend $50 you get a free tote bag!
2. Marketplace Pop-Ups at Wing Luke Museum
📅When: December 15 and December 21, 2024
📍Where: Wing Luke Museum
💲Cost: Free!
There are two more BIPOC-centered marketplace pop-ups coming up this December at Wing Luke Museum. On December 15 you can shop for cute illustrations and stationery from Asian American artist Kela Designs and on December 21 you can purchase whimsical digital illustrations from Shooley Art. 3. Crafty’s Handmade HoliDAYS
📅When: December 16-20, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
📍Where: Pike Place Market
💲Cost: Free!
This annual week-long event at Pike Place Market is fun for the whole family. You can shop for handmade gifts and meet the the Handmade Craft Market Producers. There will also be holiday music and free activities such as artist demos. See more info here.
4. Winter Solstice Celebration & Market
📅When: December 20-22, 2024
📍Where: Pacific Place Shopping Center
💲Cost: Free!
This three-day event description is: “Shop for the holidays at the local art galleries and shops at Pacific Place as well as with visiting artists and makers.” There will also be different activities each day, such as wreath-making and yoga. The hours are 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, and 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. See more info here.
5. Winterfest World Bazaar
📅When: weekends from November 29 through December 22, 2024
📍Where: Seattle Center Armory
💲Cost: Free!
Every holiday season, Seattle Center provides several weeks of free festivities with its annual Winterfest. One part of it is the weekend World Bazaar that features goods created by local BIPOC artists! You can shop at this bazaar every weekend through December 22 from noon to 6:00 p.m. Read about Winterfest here.
6. United Indians Native Art Market
📅When: November 23-24 and December 21-22, 2024 from 10 am – 5 pm
📍Where: Daybreak Star Indian Cultural Center in Discovery Park
💲Cost: Free!
Support your local Native American artists and find a unique gift by shopping at this market that will be at Daybreak Star Indian Cultural Center. This year they’ll have markets on two different weekends in November and December, and each day will be open from 10 am – 5 pm. You’ll find handmade clothing, jewelry, woodworking, drums, art, and more.
7. Seattle Christmas Market
📅When: November 21 through December 24 (except Thanksgiving Day)
📍Where: Seattle Center
💲Cost: $16-$36
A relatively new market in the city is the Seattle Christmas Market! Inspired by traditional European Christmas markets, this will have hot beverages, food, festive activities, shopping, and more. Kids age 6 and under can get in for free. Tickets are on sale now.

Julefest: A Nordic Christmas market
📅When: November 22 – 24 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
📍Where: The National Nordic Museum (2655 NW Market Street, Seattle, WA)
💲Cost: $10 for adults, $5 for youth, and free for members and ages under 12
Get into the Christmas spirit the Nordic way at Julefest! This Nordic Christmas market takes place at the National Nordic Museum in Ballard the weekend before Thanksgiving. You’ll be able to buy holiday gifts from local artists in addition to enjoying live entertainment, festive treats, and museum access. Note: You have to register online in advance.
Plus, Julefest Friday Night Market is new this year with 21+ entertainment. Tickets are $20, and you can get tickets here!
GeekCraft Expo Seattle Holiday Market
📅When: Nov. 29 – Dec. 1
📍Where: Hangar 30 in Magnuson Park
This curated craft market is the place to be if you need to find a gift for a self-professed geek or nerd in your life. Hangar 30 will be full of geeky goods handmade by local artists and crafters. Get more info and tickets online.
Magic in the Market
📅When: Saturday, November 30, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
📍Where: Pike Place Market

Pike Place Market is always a great place to shop for unique gifts but you won’t want to miss out on the one-day event that is Magic in the Market. While you explore all the small businesses in the market, you’ll be able to enjoy live performances, free photos with Santa, kids activities, and a lighting ceremony.
210 Holiday Market
📅When: December 5 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
📍Where: 210 S Washington St, Seattle, WA

The 210 Holiday Market at Pioneer Square will be on December 5 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The market will take place during the Pioneer Square art walk. They’ll be featuring 22 local vendors including artists, makers, designers, and collectors. Plus, they’ll have a DJ, photos, and a holiday wreath pop up will also be happening!
Urban Craft Uprising 20th Anniversary Winter Show Preview Night
📅When: Friday, December 6, 2024 from 5 – 9 pm
📍Where: Seattle Center Exhibition Hall

Note: This event is for ages 21+ only.

Urban Craft Uprising Winter Show

This free market is the largest indie craft event not just in Seattle but in the Pacific Northwest! You’ll find a huge variety of carefully curated handmade goods. Giving Marketplace
📅When: December 6 – 7, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
📍Where: Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Discovery Center
💲Cost: Free!
Shop for gifts that give back at this free weekend marketplace. Proceeds go towards causes including “immigrants and refugees, women and girls, global health, education, the environment, and much more.” There will also be live music, craft workshops, and more. See the schedule here.
Winter Solstice Holiday Night Market

📍Where: Hangar 30 in Magnuson Park

This ticketed holiday night market is for ages 21 and up only. Your ticket includes drinks in addition to the opportunity to browse the booths of 100 local vendors. There will also be food trucks and photo ops with bad Santa.
Small Works Holiday Art Market
📅When: Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
📍Where: Gage Academy (Capitol Hill campus)
💲Cost: $10 suggested donation for ages 18 and up
You can shop for incredible original artwork at this holiday art market. Almost every piece will be priced below $350. While you’re there, your ticket also grants you access to the all-day Drawing Jam festival that will have live music, free art supplies, artist demos, and more. Phinney Winter Festival & Crafts Fair
📅When: December 7 – 8, 2024
📍Where: Phinney Center
💲Cost: $6 (free for ages 12 and under)
This neighborhood craft fair in Phinney will have over 120 local makers. There will also be food, beverages, a wreath sale, and more. Donations of non-perishable food items for the local food bank are very welcome.
Holiday Night Market in West Seattle
📅When: Saturday, December 7, 2024
📍Where: The Junction in West Seattle

If you’re looking for a holiday market in West Seattle, you won’t want to miss out on this year’s night market that is part of the annual Hometown Holidays festival. In addition to holiday shopping, there will be a beer and wine garden, live music, a tree lighting, singers, and more.
Holiday Bazaar in Pioneer Square
📅When: Friday, December 13 and Saturday, December 14, 2024
📍Where: Occidental Square

This Holiday Bazaar in the heart of Pioneer Square will have an artisan market, a photo booth, and free ice skating! It runs from noon to 6:00 p.m. both days. Follow Hangar 30 Flea on Instagram for updates.
Posada Navideña Holiday Market
