Here are the top things to do for Hanukkah in Seattle this year:
1. Seattle menorah lighting
You can attend a free Menorah Lighting at University Village on December 30 at 6:00 p.m. (across from Piatti). There will be a live performance as well.
2. A secular Hanukkah celebration
The Secular Jewish Circle of Puget Sound is hosting their annual Hanukkah celebration and potluck in Northlake on Sunday, December 29 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. All are welcome to attend. There is a suggested donation and you should bring a dish and your own menorah to light. Register here.
3. Chanukah skating at the Kraken Iceplex
All ages are welcome to come skate and enjoy festive food on Monday, December 30 at the Kraken Community Iceplex. It will be $20 per person for ages 4 and up (includes skates). See more info here.
4. Seattle Holiday Jingle Jam
Amazing Grace Spiritual Center in Ballard is hosting their annual holiday celebration on Saturday, December 7. All ages and religions (including secular) are invited to this free sing-along that will feature Christmas, Hanukkah, Winter Solstice, and Kwanzaa music. 5. Hanukkah donuts
Donuts are a traditional treat for Hanukkah, so here are some donut spots in Seattle with Hanukkah offerings:
