3. Wander along a one-mile haunted path

For a limited time, the Seattle Chinese Garden will transform into a Forest of Shadows. Suited for visitors ages 10 and up, this themed night walk draws you down a dark path of mystery and fright. 4. Terror & Tonics at Smith Tower

You can start Halloween weekend on Thursday night by going up to the Smith Tower Observatory for their 21+ “Terror & Tonics: A Hauntingly Boozy Night.” From 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. there will be a DJ, cocktails and bites, and views of Seattle lit up at night. 5. After-hours Halloween at the aquarium

Another event happening on the night before Halloween is the annual After Hours: Halloween party for ages 21+ at the Seattle Aquarium. From 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. there will be a DJ, fortune tellers, a costume contest, and more. Get all the details on the aquarium website.
6. Enjoy a haunted musical evening at a Candlelight Concert

You can listen to a string quartet play a haunting rendition of spooky songs while glowing candlelight illuminates an incredible venue in Seattle such as The Arctic Club Hotel and The Museum of Flight. If you love haunted houses, you have to visit one of the scariest haunted houses in the country that is right here in Seattle. In addition to the terrifying tour of the morgue, you can also add on The Dark Maze experience to your ticket. The Georgetown Morgue is open on select dates from September 26 through November 2. 9. Party in a costume in the Seattle underground

Did you know there is a network of underground tunnels below the streets of Pioneer Square? The Asylum Collective is making use of this ultra-spooky space for a series of Halloween parties with fun themes this October. All of these parties are for ages 18+ and cost a suggested donation of $10. Choose from the below:

The Can Can puts on a fabulous dinner with a burlesque show in Seattle. This fall you can catch their annual performance of The Hitchcock Hotel at Pike Place Market or This Is Halloween at The Triple Door. Some shows are ages 21+ only. Halloween dates are available.

The classic witch movie Practical Magic was filmed near Seattle on Whidbey Island, which is easily reached by ferry. Every Halloween, Seattleites gather for the annual Thrill the World performance in which they reenact the Thriller dance. Rehearsals start in September and continue through October, and then in late October the group performs the dance at multiple locations around the Seattle area.
