Celebrating Galentine’s Day in Seattle?

Here are things to do for Galentine’s Day in Seattle this February:
1. Galentine’s Day at San Juan Seltzery
When: Sunday, February 4
Where: San Juan Seltzery Taproom
Cost: $45
The San Juan Seltzery Taproom in SODO is hosting a “celebration of female friendships” for Galentine’s Day in early February! The event runs from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and you’re encouraged to wear pink or red, plus sequins! Tickets include a shareable appetizer, a drink, and a surprise gift. Get tickets here.
2. A charcuterie board styling class
When: Saturday, February 10
Where: The Works in Pioneer Square
Cost: $88
Get crafty with your bestie at The Works in Pioneer Square. This 90-minute DIY class will give you pro tips from an expert about how to source and style the perfect charcuterie board. 3. A market with all women-owned vendors
When: Sunday, February 11
Where: The Swedish Club
Cost: Free!
Shop with your friends at this pop-up market that celebrates female entrepreneurs. There will be food, mocktails, music, kid-friendly activities, and over 30 vendors (all women-owned businesses!) from noon to 4:00 p.m. at The Swedish Club in Westlake. This event is free but registration is required so get your tickets here.
4. My Better Half Marathon at Seward Park
When: Sunday, February 11
Where: Seward Park
Cost: $62+
Get outside and race with your bestie at the annual My Better Half Marathon this month. This race has three distances (5K, 10K and half marathon) and a half marathon relay, plus walkers are welcome—so anyone can do it! At the end you’ll be rewarded with food and post-race swag. Register here by February 10 (if the race is not sold out, you can register in-person at packet pickup the morning of the race).
5. Galentine’s at Bottlehouse
When: February 13 to 15
Where: Bottlehouse in Madrona
Cost: $25 per person
Bottlehouse in Madrona has the perfect vibes for spending quality time with your best friends. They’re offering a special menu of “bubbles, cocktails, and shareable chef-specials” for Valentine’s and Galentine’s Day for up to six people. Make your reservation here.
And if you miss out on that, Bottlehouse is also hosting an Oysters and Bubbly Pop-Up on Saturday, February 17 for $30 per person.
6. A pottery class
When: Wednesday, February 14
Where: Saltstone Ceramics in Wallingford

7. Afternoon tea

9. After-hours at the aquarium

If you and your friends love the aquarium, here’s your chance to enjoy it when it’s not crowded with children. Their “After Hours: No Pressure Valentine’s Day” event is for ages 21+ and will have music, a scavenger hunt, and food and drinks available for purchase. It’s not an overtly romantic Valentine’s Day event at all so it’s perfect for Galentine’s Day as well.

10. Flower and garden show

The Northwest Flower and Garden Festival is happening at the Seattle Convention Center this February. If you and your friends love flowers, plants, and gardening then you’ll love exploring this festival together. It’s also a just nice escape from winter! 12. Macarons and bottomless bubbly
You can stop by Lady Yum for macarons and champagne any day for a special treat with your friends, but on Tuesdays they have a bottomless bubbly special! They have locations in Pioneer Square and on the Amazon campus.
