We may be in the middle of a steamy July heat wave, but the Kraken will be hitting the ice again before you know it. The 2025-26 NHL season schedule has just been released for the Seattle Kraken. After perusing the schedule, we found five exciting home games that fans and newcomers alike won’t want to miss this season. They’re listed below so you can put them on your calendar now!
Note that all Kraken home games are played at Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena.
Here are the top five Seattle Kraken home games to catch in the 2025-26 season:
October 9 vs. Anaheim Ducks
Not only will this game be the season opener and the start of Seattle’s fifth NHL season, but it will also be the debut of the Kraken’s new coach Lane Lambert. It will be interesting to see Lambert in action.
October 25 vs. Edmonton Oilers
This game will be Connor McDavid’s only visit to Seattle. We’re excited to see Western Conference champions Edmonton Oilers bring superstar firepower.
December 29 vs. Vancouver Canucks
This game will be all about classic Pacific Northwest rivalry: the Krakens’ first home clash of the season against Vancouver. It will also be a holiday-week crowd so get your tickets in advance.
January 29 vs. Toronto Maple Leafs
In January, Auston Matthews and Toronto’s stars will visit Seattle. We’ll also see the emotional return of Mark Giordano.
March 15 vs. Florida Panthers
Finally, in March, the reigning Stanley Cup champions will visit Seattle. This will be a riveting test against the NHL’s best.
