Seattle rock fans, get ready to turn back the clock. Alternative rock icons The Smashing Pumpkins are bringing their highly anticipated The Rats In A Cage Tour to Climate Pledge Arena on November 6, 2026, for a night packed with nostalgic favorites, deep cuts, and new material.
Known for their signature blend of dreamy melodies, distorted guitars, and moody alternative rock, The Smashing Pumpkins have been shaping the genre for nearly four decades. This tour celebrates the band’s influential legacy, giving longtime fans a chance to revisit the songs that defined an era while experiencing what the group is creating today.
One of the biggest highlights of the Seattle show is the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Mellon Collie and The Infinite Sadness. Originally released in 1995, the landmark double album helped cement the band’s place in alternative rock history, delivering enduring hits and showcasing the group’s expansive musical style.
The concert will feature two distinct sets, offering a career-spanning experience that goes beyond the biggest radio singles. Fans can look forward to a mix of beloved ’90s anthems, lesser-known tracks, and newer songs, making this a must-see event for longtime followers and newer listeners alike.
With its massive arena setting and nearly four decades of music to draw from, the show is shaping up to be a standout event in Seattle’s fall concert lineup.

The concert takes place at Climate Pledge Arena on Friday, November 6. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the show begins at 8 p.m. Arriving early can help you navigate entry, find your seats, and settle in before the music starts.
