Don’t miss out on beer, live music, and more at the 2025 R-Day festival.
Everyone in the Pacific Northwest is familiar with Rainier beer. For some of us, it only takes one glance at the iconic logo on the can to spark some fond memories. Now you can make new memories with friends while sipping a cold one at a Rainier-themed festival this weekend. There will be a day-long celebration of all things Rainier at this year’s R-Day on this Saturday, September 6, 2025 in Georgetown. It’s sure to be a blast!

First, the essentials! The festival runs from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m. at the original Rainier Brewery in Georgetown. Note that it is for ages 21 and up only—after all, this is a beer festival.
Ready for the best part? Admission to R-Day is free! Just make sure you bring your wallet so you can sample some beer, if that’s your thing.
Speaking of beer, there will of course be plenty of Rainier brews available at the festival. If you’re not a beer drinker, don’t worry. There will also be Rainier seltzers and even gin from the brewery. (Who knew?)
In addition to the flowing beverages, R-Day promises plenty of entertainment. There will be live music from Mudhoney, La Luz, and more. There will also be an arcade. Finally, if you’re lucky you may spot Wild Rainiers running through the party. Proceeds benefit the Georgetown Steam Plant.
