We have good news and bad news for Girl Scout cookie lovers. First, the bad news: the Girl Scout S’mores® cookie flavor will be retired after the 2025 season. If you love that flavor, this is your last chance to stock up!
Now for the good news. Here in Western Washington, local Girl Scouts will be selling Girl Scout Cookies from Wednesday, January 15 to Sunday, March 16. There will be three stages of sales: a friends and family presale, online sales, and finally in-person booth sales.
Here are the dates to know:
January 15: Friends and family presale starts
If you happen to know a Girl Scout, you can preorder right now and get your cookies ahead of everyone else! Lucky you.
February 14: Online public sale starts
Starting on Valentine’s Day you can order cookies online. You can either have a local Girl Scout deliver to your door or you can have your order shipped to you.
February 28: In-person cookie booth sales start
You’ll be able to find Girl Scouts selling cookies from booths outside grocery stores and other retail establishments around Seattle from February 28 to March 16. If you weren’t planning on buying Girl Scout cookies this season, this is the time frame in which they’ll end up in your hands anyway.
March 10: Final day to order for in-person delivery
This is the last day to request in-person delivery in Seattle by a Girl Scout when ordering your cookies online.
March 16: Final day to shop in-person or order cookies online for shipping
Finally, the 2025 Girl Scout Cookies season ends (and the Girl Scout S’mores® cookie says goodbye forever) on March 16. This will be the last day to order cookies online to be shipped to your address.
