Floral dining experience Seattle

This out-of-the-ordinary dining experience will captivate all your senses!

Nowadays foodies all around have been looking to experience unique ways of dining. Luckily for us Seattleites, Nordo is here to fascinate us!

This intimate experience features original cuisine, music, and artists that create and play, while the audience is catered by seamless service. Nordo has redefined dining experiences by designing immersive culinary events, defined by innovative services, and locally sourced food.

Chef Erin Brindley has created a multi-course dinner that contains a “hyper-local, hyper-seasonal menu, that will feature the Pacific Northwest’s early summer bounty. Each dish will tell a visual story of all that is in Bloom this season”.

The menu includes dishes like the “Chrysalis”, which consists of a fresh roll cocoon filled with black garlic, sesame, mango, radish, and cucumber.

The private party rooms include a champagne toast and a multi-course transformational dinner for up to 8 guests. These are perfect for an enchanting experience with friends, or for a romantic date.

You can also visit “The Knife Room” during your Bloom dinner. With a cool speakeasy feel, this is the perfect place to enjoy live music, charcuterie, and craft cocktails from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Price: $100 per person. Includes dinner with wine and cocktails available for purchase.
