WildLanterns is an immersive experience illuminating Seattle’s zoo this winter.
Held at the Woodland Park Zoo, the theme of the festival is nothing other than animals and nature, duh! There will be plenty of large-scale animal and nature scape lanterns representing natural environments from around the globe for you to see and explore. During a visit, guests will spot sightings of animal lanterns such as grizzly bears, snow leopards, gorillas, seat turtles, seals, giraffes, zebras, and other elusive creatures as they venture through the various exhibits.
WildLanterns just returned to the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle this Friday, November 15 and will be running through January 19, 2025. Note the festival is closed on most Mondays as well as for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
