Seattle’s Famous Wild Waves Theme And Water Park Is Reopening Next Weekend

By Jennifer Moreno

The fun is back and the countdown for Wild Waves Theme and Water Park’s opening day begins!

With a reopening slated for next Friday, June 18, Wild Waves Theme & Water Park offers 70 acres of classic thrill rides, plus the region’s best outdoor water park. Located in Federal Way, just 25 minutes from Downtown Seattle, Wild Waves Theme & Water Park features more than 40 rides, and slides including the 75-foot tall, 50-mph TimberHawk-Ride of Prey wooden coaster, and massive triple-tube Pacific Plunge Slide Complex.

After the 2020 season closed due to COVID-19, Wild Waves Theme & Water Park is finally coming back next weekend for a new period of fresh air, and fun with family and friends. The park has prepared health and safety protocols to provide all Washingtonians a safe experience.

In case you bought Season Passes and tickets in 2020, the park will honor them this year. Before heading to the park, make sure to book your reservations online, and pay close attention to the park’s capacity restrictions.

The Wild Waves team is excited and ready to welcome you back to their clean and safe outdoor entertainment.
