Calling all Seattle foodies: the U District Food Walk is back!
Looking for cheap things to do in Seattle this weekend? Allow us to suggest the U District Food Walk: an all-day food festival happening this Saturday, September 30 in the University District. Over 70 participating Seattle eateries will be offering food and drinks for just $4! In addition to all the yummy treats at the food walk, there will be live music and entertainment throughout the day.

The U District Food Walk is from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This year there will be more than 70 Seattle restaurants and eateries providing $4 bites! You’ll be able to sample everything from desserts and vegan pizza to beverages like coffee and bubble tea. Here are a few highlights to look forward to:
- wood-fired skewers at Hinoki @ Saint Bread
- yummy chow mein from North Noodles N Dumplings
- mini self-serve bubble tea from Boba Up
- iced cucumber seltzer matchas at Boon Boona Coffee
- mini banh mi from Thanh Vi
- vegan pizza at Pi Vegan Pizzeria
- butter chicken with rice at Chili’s Southern Indian Cuisine
- mini Phoenix fries from Mr. Lu’s Burger & Seafood
And, again: each item is only $4!
While you explore the culinary offerings throughout the Food Walk, there will be live music and entertainment at the main stage on University Way NE. Make sure to bring your dancing shoes.
