As the countdown to the 2026 FIFA World Cup begins, Seattle is expanding its plans for fans eager to take part in the excitement. Starting June 11, the city will host four free fan celebrations across downtown venues, giving supporters without match tickets plenty of ways to experience the tournament atmosphere.
Organizers had originally planned a single large fan festival at Seattle Center. However, the revised approach spreads the celebration across four major locations along the new Unity Loop, a 4.25-mile pedestrian trail connecting Lumen Field to Seattle Center. The trail will be decorated with soccer-themed murals honoring both the sport and the region.
The four fan zones will be located at Seattle Center, Waterfront Park, Pacific Place, and Victory Hall in SODO. Each site will feature massive indoor or outdoor screens for live match broadcasts. The Seattle Center gathering will take place inside the Armory, while Pacific Place will host fans indoors as part of Seattle Soccer House. Waterfront Park’s viewing area will be outdoors at Pier 62 and include additional fan experiences yet to be announced. Victory Hall will also provide an indoor viewing option. All events are free and open to the public.

“Most celebration locations intend to be open for the majority of the tournament, not just the six Seattle matches,” organizers said in the announcement. “Capacity across the four venues will vary depending on match day, with the highest capacity planned for Seattle matches, which remains around 15,000 people at any one time.”
Seattle will host four group stage matches, including a June 19 showdown between the United States and Australia. Belgium, Egypt, Iran, and Qatar are also scheduled to compete in Seattle, with Italy and Turkey potentially joining pending playoff results. From June 11 through July 19, you should be prepared for heavier traffic and larger crowds throughout downtown.

Seattle Center

Seattle Center will anchor the city’s celebrations with Let’s Play SEA ’26, featuring a large indoor viewing screen inside the Armory, plus food, seating, and all-weather amenities. The campus will also host cultural programming, live DJs at the International Fountain, activities at the Mural Amphitheatre, public art, family-friendly attractions, and immersive fan experiences throughout the entire tournament.
Pacific Place

Seattle Soccer House at Pacific Place will showcase matches on a massive four-story LED screen inside the five-story mall, surrounded by interactive fan activations and information booths. The venue will offer daily fan experiences through July 6 with convenient on-site parking.
Waterfront Park

Waterfront Park will activate its 20-acre waterfront with free public programming celebrating Seattle’s diversity during the tournament. In partnership with Seattle Sounders FC, Seattle Reign FC, and RAVE Foundation, Pier 62 will host official fan experiences.
Victory Hall in SODO

The Seattle Mariners will present Seattle Matchday Live at Victory Hall, where fans can enjoy tournament energy and a 23-foot screen throughout the entire competition. The venue will be open daily, offering a lively watch-party atmosphere near the stadium district.
