The annual Mount Baker Neighborhood Yard Sale returns on May 30, 2026. The official hours are from 10 am to 3 pm that Saturday. There’s still time to register as a seller: there’s a $10 fee that gets your address and sale description included on the official map along with a yard sale sign.
PhinneyWood Garage Sale Day
This year’s annual PhinneyWood Garage Sale Day is on Saturday, July 11 from 9 am to 1 pm. There won’t be a parking lot flea market this year; instead you’ll find garage sales all around the PhinneyWood neighborhood, aided by a mobile map that will be posted before the event. If you’d like to register as a seller, the deadline is July 6 (the cost for PNA members is $20 per sale, and $30 for the general public).
