
Looking to join a gym in Seattle? It can be a time-intensive and costly endeavor to find the right gym. Now a possible solution has arrived: Seattle Fitness Week. Launching for the first time this March and sponsored by Sweetgreen, Seattle Fitness Week offers a way for you to try out dozens of gyms and fitness studios around Seattle without the commitment.

What is Seattle Fitness Week?
Seattle Fitness Week’s stated goal is to “bring together Seattle’s vibrant fitness community under one big event that connects people with fitness spaces so they can find a fitness home they love.” Participants pay for a 10-day pass that grants access to over 50 of Seattle’s gyms and studios.

When is it?
The first-ever Seattle Fitness Week is from Thursday, March 6 through Saturday, March 15, 2025.
Where is it?
Here are just a few of the participating gyms and fitness studios and their locations in Seattle:
- Emerald City Athletics (Wallingford, Columbia City, Ballinger Village, Everett)
- Pure Barre (Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, Columbia Station)
- Solidcore (Ballard, Bellevue, Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, SLU)
- NW Fitness Project (Fremont)
- Seattle Strength and Performance (Queen Anne, Phinney Ridge, West Seattle)
- HIIT Lab (West Seattle and Central District)
- Row House (SLU)
- Dragonfly Yoga, Pilates & Dance (West Seattle)
- Seattle Boxing Gym (Interbay)
In total, there are over 50 gyms and studios that you can visit with your SFW pass. There is no limit to how many you can visit during the 10-day period.
