Looking for something a little different this holiday season, Seattle? If you like your Christmas cheer with a hint of spooky fun, we have just the event for you. Krampus Night at Seattle Cider Co Taproom is coming up this weekend and it’s free to attend.
On Sunday, December 21, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, the Seattle Cider Taproom in SODO is hosting a festive afternoon that’s equal parts cozy, quirky, and just the right amount of creepy. Whether you’re bringing the kids, meeting friends, or just want a memorable holiday photo, this event is designed to be fun for everyone.
What to expect
The star of the day is Krampus, making a special appearance for photo ops you won’t forget. Expect spooky-but-friendly holiday vibes, lots of laughter, and plenty of chances to snap a pic with this legendary character.
While you’re there, enjoy seasonal cider and beer, plus tasty local eats from the taproom kitchen. It’s relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for hanging out on a winter afternoon. Kids are absolutely welcome, so feel free to bring the whole crew.
Who is Krampus?
Krampus comes from Central and Eastern European folklore and is known as Saint Nicholas’ mischievous companion. Traditionally, Saint Nick rewards well-behaved kids, while Krampus handles the naughty list. These days, Krampus is more playful than scary—and a fun way to mix folklore into the holidays.
Where is it?
The event takes place at Seattle Cider Co Taproom in SODO, located at 4660 Ohio Ave S. The taproom features award-winning cider from Seattle Cider Co, local PNW craft beer, a full kitchen, and a family-friendly atmosphere.
