Calling all Harry Styles fans in Seattle! Two of the Emerald City’s most iconic record stores are throwing release parties this Friday to celebrate his new album KISS ALL THE TIME. DISCO, OCCASIONALLY.
Silver Platters Records announced on Instagram that all three of its locations will host listening events starting at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 6. A staple of Seattle’s music scene for more than 40 years, Silver Platters operates stores in SoDo, Lynnwood, and Bellevue, and has long been a go-to destination for vinyl lovers across the region.
Meanwhile, Easy Street Records is planning an evening celebration at its West Seattle shop. The store shared on Instagram that it will be “switching on the disco balls 🪩 and kissing in the bins 💋 in honor of the new album” beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6. Established in the 1980s, Easy Street is known for its massive selection of new and used vinyl, CDs, and cassettes—plus its beloved in-house cafe.
