It just got easier than ever to pair a beer with retail therapy in Ballard. A new night market just debuted in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood in March and is returning every month. It’s called the Ballard Sunset Market and we already can’t wait for the next one.
Read on for all the details!
The Ballard Sunset Market is hosted by Old Stove Gardens in Ballard. It’s the latest project from the folks behind Seattle Night Markets. They also put on the Fremont Bridge Night Market and other local markets and events in Seattle. At the Ballard Sunset Market’s debut in March, 25 female-owned businesses were showcased in honor of International Women’s Month.
You’ll typically be able to find 25 local vendors at the market selling everything from art and handmade goods to vintage finds. You can sip on a beer from Old Stove while you shop, or grab a bite to eat off their menu when you’re done.
Although it’s at a brewery, the market is family-friendly. Old Stove Gardens is also dog-friendly. You’ll find indoor and outdoor seating there as well as a gastro pub food menu.
This night market will happen once a month on Thursdays from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Don’t miss the chance to shop from 25 local vendors at the next one on Thursday, April 24.
